When we deliver personal care - privacy, respect and dignity is paramount. This includes all tasks related to personal hygiene, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing etc. All our care workers are trained and supported to ensure delivery of personal care is person-centred.

Our team of Support Workers are trained and skilled to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. We ensure safety, independence and autonomy. We work collaboratively with Multi-agencies to build a comprehensive support plan that enhance health and wellbeing. Support may be delivered at home or in the community. With experience and knowledge in these areas, Skies is focused on finding different ways of working to enhance and promote service user wellbeing.
When providing end of life support, Skies Home Care takes into account emotional and physical distress experienced by client and their families as this could have impact on effectively delivering of care and support. Skies believes that attention should be paid to service user needs as the success to achieve their end-of-life values and preferences and including their wishes. Furthermore, our aim in providing this service is to ensure comfort and improvement of life for those with chronic illnesses.
